What i mean is storylines, I sim the matches and then write the storylines around the results.

You know, I've been wondering the same thing? I always sim, but sometimes I wonder if "fixing" a match or two might make a storyline better. So far I have just been writing the stories after I sim and have the results. I progress them according to what happens, including nice spots in the match's that I feel have a nice impact on the story.
So basically, I book a feud I want to see happen or that happens on it's own, but let the sim results dictate which way the storyline flows.

Sometimes simmed matches give me great storyline ideas (Cory Maxwell vs. Golden Superstar), and sometimes they can squash feuds I'd like to see (American Nightmares beat Action A-2-Z in two singles matches, but in tag contests lose three straight to them.) It also really surprises me with how my edits are because guys like Cruz de Diablo or the Warhorses NEVER lose, so they really become unstoppable in QCCW. Though now Diablo has a loss on his record, so
